These last several years have provided a myriad of opportunities for me to become more emotionally healthy.   I have learned confidence and enough about my own psychology to understand my moods, to recognize my cycles, and to become more in tune with my body.  I have a remedial knowledge of health and wellness, and a connection with the entire consciousness that allows me to pull from the correct directions when I need to know more. I believe that these last several years have built upon each other so that I might discover these basics and thus can honestly and thoroughly address those things within me which cause me dischord. In coming to this place, I find it necessary to lay out my lists of focus, in order to create a game plan for the next stages of my life.

  1. Continue to discover new understanding of my body’s digestion process.
  2. Emphasize external environmental effects on internal wellness.
  3. Ground myself daily.
  4. Write, write and write.
  5. Discover Spirit.
  6. Learn to breathe.
  7. Move.

The last few years were about finding myself.  These next few will be about perfecting it.
